A rapid review takes place within 15 working days after a serious child safeguarding incident. Rapid review reports are not published, however KBSP have created learning briefings so the learning can be shared with the workforce. The baby's death was subsequently found to be from natural causes however the partnership commissioned a thematic review to consider how safeguarding partners work together to improve our joint child protection response.
