The Keeping Bristol Safe Partnership (KBSP) has today (13th January 2025) published a Safeguarding Adults Review (SAR) which was commissioned following the death of Lily (pseudonym) in March 2021. The Partnership wishes to extend their sympathy to anyone affected by Lily’s death and thank those who have contributed to this review.
